Want to Experiment at Preminum with dropping $100

    I’d love to play around with wordpress.com, using features available at the Premium level, without having to drop $100 for the pleasure.

    I lost a lot of work on a WordPress.org site I was putting together using a local development environment when my PC’s HD crashed. The idea of not having to worry about that again is nice, but I’d like to see what I can do with WP.com first.

    BTW, SSDs are really nice.

    We don’t currently offer any free trials, but we offer a 30-day full refund on all plans, provided you don’t register the free domain included in the plan.

    Also keep in mind that you can do most things using a free site here. In terms of configuring a site all Premium will add is the ability to upload audio and video files, add custom CSS, and access our Premium themes. But even on the free plan you can already get a good idea of what is possible and what not on WordPress.com.

    Thanks, that’s good to know. Just out of curiosity, I don’t suppose you can tinker with the theme’s RSS scripts at the Premium, or for that matter, any level?

    RSS feeds are generated automatically, and there’s no option to tinker with them at any plan level, no :)
