  Once I move to a different domain, can I access the plugin to enable email rerouting.

  I’d like to better understand your question so that I can help you accordingly.

  I see your domain is pointing to WordPress.com nameservers, and you have MX records for Zoho Mail. Could you clarify what you meant by moving to a different domain?

  Also, plugins are enabled on the WordPress.com Creator plan and higher. However, you don’t need plugins to connect an email service to a domain (unless you’re building some sort of integration between said mail and your website).
