  I see that you cancelled your domain and Premium plan on Aug 15th when they auto-renewed. Because of this your domain has been expired for some time, and was returned to the registry to prepare it for resale.

  When that happens the domain is no longer under our control, but we have preferential access to get it back (if a late fee is paid in time.)

  However, it appears that too much time has passed and we are not able to recover it on your behalf. You can confirm here it is now listed as “pending delete”

  To explain what that means, it’s not truly being deleted (the domain) but it is being released from the registrar, which is the last step before it is made public again. https://wordpress.com/support/domains/domain-expiration/#domain-released
