Want to go live but cannot figure out how to do it for free

    I don’t think I built my website on my local computer. I think I built it on the WordPress website because I have to go to WordPress in my browser to access it (its not on my desktop). I have all of my pages on my free WordPress website done, I would like to launch it and go live. But I can’t find anywhere in my admin dashboard to make it go live for free. I tried to change the pages individually to not private, but the dates does not take. What am I doing wrong? Thank you.

    The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff).
