Want to import an xml file. Where are the tools?

  Exported an xml file from a WordPress site. need to create a new WordPress site. Want to import the​ xml file ‘tool’s is not in the dashboard

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.

  You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard and navigate to Tools.

  Dashboard > Tools > Export
