Want to install 3rd party theme. Can I do after I move hosts?

  Hi there,
  I have purchased a theme from Theme Trust that I want to install on my blog. I realize I need to be self hosted to do this. If I move the blog to Media Temple and install WordPress from there will I be able to install the new theme then?

  I’m confused on how this all works. Thanks!

  Yes. If it’s a theme for WordPress.org installs you will be able to use it on a WordPress.org install. This article may be useful Setting up a self-hosted WordPress.org install Note that all support for your install must come form http://wordpress.org/support/ and if you do not yet have a username account there you can go to the top right hand corner of that page and register one.
