Want to integrate domain name in my current blog

    Hi, I have a domain name and it is under construction, and I also have a blog, can I integrate these as I already have some traffic on the blog . Please help.

    I’m assuming that this means your domain/main website is not hosted on WordPress.com.

    You can certainly add your WordPress.com blog to your off-site website by mapping a subdomain of your site, such as blog.mysite.com. Read this for better understanding: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/

    Please note that even if your WordPress.com blog appears using your domain name, it is still being hosted by WordPress.com and you are still bound by the WordPress.com Terms of Service. http://en.wordpress.com/tos/

    But if you are just getting started on your off-site website, unless you need to use special scripts, advertising and the like, why not set up your site here and map your domain name. The above ToS conditions still apply, but have a look at this comparison between WordPress.com and standalone WordPress to see if maybe all you really need is WordPress.com. http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
