Want to just put capitals in my domain? please help

I’m new to the site and I didn’t put my name in capitals in my domain and was wondering how i would change this? Thanks for you’re time Joshua.

Of course you can’t. Search spiders see all letters as low case letters. You can type capitals all you want – it will be a no go. Moreover, the use of capitalization in cyberspace is the same as it is in conventional language use. We never type anything in all capital lettering online as that would be the boorish equivalent of SHOUTING!

If you are not actually referring to a domain name and are referring to your Blog Title you can change the lowercase lettering to all capital lettering here > Settings > General

is this ‘mervin’ spam? sure looks like it – if this is spam and I’m just starting a blog – how safe is WordPress in keeping spam like the above out? am I taking too much of a risk using WordPress? or is there something I just don’t know yet ?

Yes that is “mervin spam” – the Support forum has some spam filtering but it is a bit relaxed in some ways – this thread has been flagged for a Moderator to remove the spam.
Your site is protected by Akismet from spam – and Akismet does not miss much – of the I think 1,500 spam comments I only had to deal with one last month – there is a spam filter box that puts some spam in it (the worst spam that can damage your blog is killed before you even see it) so once a week or so I go into the Spam filter box and hit the “empty spam” button and the 8 or 10 spam comments in it are gone in a flash.
