    Hi there!

    In order to access the ability to use plugins, you need to pay for your plan first.

    However, you can get your site set up here before switching your domain over.

    When you sign up for a new site, we give you a free subdomain (*.wordpress.com or *.wpcomstaging.com) that you can use to start building your new site.

    Then, when you’re ready to launch your site, you can select your domain at that stage.
