May I know the plan of USD24 per month including what? I never use WordPress.com. Are there only here to provide customer support?
If i apply for this plan, I can use the theme and plug-in in WordPress.com for free? Are there any other charges?
Does the theme and plug-in provided in here work properly together? Need the amend the code?

From my understanding now, WordPress.com is something like i install a wordpress from WordPress.org. And WordPress.com hosting for me, right?
Does the plan in WordPress.com include a panel, theme, plug-in, etc. which work together properly and no need to amend the codes? Just work on the panel with WordPress.com provided?

With WordPress.com we take care of your hosting. You will select your theme from our showcase. We do not support Plugins on WordPress.com.
To use an uploaded theme and plugins you would need to create a self hosted site that uses the installation of WordPress. More information about that is available at https://wordpress.org/support/
There are 2 versions of WordPress and this guide explains the differences: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
Plan upgrades on WordPress.com are eligible for a refund up to 30 days. The domain registration would not be refunded at that time, only the plan.
