Want to know our website goaleisure.com connected with wordpress or not

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I am sandesh from Fred Travels Pvt Ltd. I have my website namely goaleisure.wordpress.com register with you but also i want to know my another website namely GOALEISURE.COM is connected with wordpress or not because my web hosting has been expiring today and i want to upgrade wordpress version from 5.2 to 5.9 and above for GOALEISURE.COM but we are unable to find whether our above said website is connected with you or not. if it is not connected then we will create but if it is there then no need to create and my time will save. If any upgrade or renewal of our wordpress then will definitely upgrade the plan if our GOALEISURE.COM wordpress is there.

    I hope you will do the needful and co-operate us to renew my existing website

    The site at GOALEISURE.COM has no connection with WordPress.com, no. You’re using WordPress on that site, but the open source software, made by the community on WordPress.org, and you have it hosted at another provider. So to renew your hosting you’ll have to contact that provider directly for help.

    They might also be able to advise you on upgrading your WordPress version, but otherwise, the best place to ask for help with that is the WordPress.org forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ – the community there are the people who make the WordPress software, and will be able to give you the best process for an update like this over several major versions of the software.

    All sites on WordPress.com are updated automatically when new versions of WordPress comes out, so I’m afraid we don’t have any experience on doing manual updates here :)

    (By the way, WordPress 6.0 is being released this week :) )
