Want to know what is and is not allowed in promoting my book when it comes out

  I have been blogging for a while now and recently wrote a book. Two questions:
  1. Is there any problem with linking to the places people can buy my book? (Goodreads, Amazon, Barnes and Noble, iTunes, etc.)
  2. Am I allowed to sign up as an affiliate with these places so that people can buy my book?
