Want to link gallery images to posts

  Hi,

  On the recipe index page of my blog, I have set up various galleries according to category. The images link back to the media file but not the post they were published in. Is there any way I can get it to do that without having to post the shortcode of every recipe under the title?

  Or if that’s not possible, is there any way of being able to display the images so that clicking on the image will take the viewer to the original blog post?
