Want to make sub pages appear when you hover over a main page

    Want to make my sub pages appear as links when you hover over a main page. I have a main page under my Menu 1 that is recipes. I have sub pages under this page called appetizers, entrees, etc.. and want those pages to show up as active links when you hover over the main page. How exactly do I do that?
