  I updated email & payment info, and the old e-mail is still getting alerts that this account payment is overdue & he isn’t employed by us anymore

  Hi,

  Did you update the email address on the WordPress.com user account that owns the upgrades? Or on the account you are posting from? The one you are posting from is not the owner of the upgrades associated with seedsoffaith.church.

  Thanks for confirming. It sounds like they are still getting these emails and alerting you of that fact, yes?

  Upgrades on WordPress.com are owned by the individuals that set them up, and not by companies or other organizations. For that reason you will need to contact the original admin, and ask them to reach out to us at https://wordpress.com/help/contact

  We have a process in place to help with transferring upgrades, but that request needs to come from them directly. Once they reach out to us our team will be happy to assist them with transferring the upgrades to another admin on the site. Thanks!
