Want to Migrate to Premium WordPress from Self hosted

  I have http://www.asgar.or.id which is powered by WP.

  I want to move to Premium WordPress.

  How about migrating data and content? I need help, WP Duplicator does not work for me.

  Also migrating site by using FTP and PHPMyAdmin, is also very hard for me.

  Please help

  And for the WP Duplicator, what error message are you getting?

  For WP duplicator, error messsage “wp-config.php already exist”, although I have deleted all files
