Want to migrate users but cannot find "Migrate Users" link

  Hello,

  We migrated a blog from WordPress.com to self-hosted. I’ve followed the instructions here ( https://jetpack.com/support/subscription-migration-tool ) but when I go to the settings, I do not find a link to “Migrate Followers”.

  Additionally, I’ve searched the forums. I’ve found instances of people having this very problem but it seems that the support staff always exports/imports followers but does not reveal details on how this is done.

  Can you tell me how to do this? I want export from blogbromium.wordpress.com to blogs.bromium.com (hosted on WPEngine, uses Jetpack).

  Hi there,

  The reason you cannot transfer the subscribers is because you are not the owner of blogbromium.wordpress.com. That site is owned by the username, eduardoatbromium. I will need that user’s permission to move the subscribers to your self-hosted site.

  Ask them to please reply here. Once they confirm I can take care of it for you. But as the two sites belong to different accounts neither of you will be able to do this yourselves.
