Want to move Comment Form from ABOVE posts

  I can’t seem to get rid of the comment form login from above my posts. I want it at the bottom only. I’ve changed templates more than once to try to resolve the problem, and checked all settings and I can’t find where to edit this option. Any help would be appreciated.
