want to open my site with www

  I purchased this domain 2 years ago : seofreelancerindia dot com

  and now i am unable to open it with www option it always open without www

  and there is no Plugin option appears in my admin panel

  Although i have handled few wordpress site and i solved canonical issues by following this path:

  Dashboard—> Settings—-> General
  and here we have options for site open with www or without www

  But i do not have this option also.

  So now can you tell me how can i open my site with www ?

  will anybody help me ?
