Want to Post "Top Views by Country" into my anniversary post on my blog.

    My blog is starting its 7 th year this month, I have seen other bloggers take a screen shot of their top views by country and insert it into a blog post,, I am not tech savvy, I do good to have a blog LOL , however I would like to take this page “Top Views by Country ” for the years you have been doing it and put it into my Anniversary post, could someone out there possibly instruct me how to accomplish this? I think it is neat and would like my subscribers/readers to see just how many views from other countries I actually get. Thanks for any help you can provide.
