https://www.paypal.com/worldwide/Additionally, WP.com accepts all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) and some debit cards.
The debit card must have a VISA or Mastercard symbol on it, and should work just like a credit card when selecting the VISA or Mastercard option on the payment form, even though it's a debit card. I have VISA card that I have entered with all its details without country name because Pakistan is not available in its list. But it is not accept it and mentioned to enter the country name.
Kindly guide if I purchase my domain name from any other source can I add my this site to that very domain name from 3rd party? -
You can definitely map an existing domain name if you purchase it from somewhere else:

However, it is a premium upgrade ($13) and thus brings you back to your current dilemma of payment methods. Echeck isn’t an option for you?
