Want to purchase domain mapping without upgrade

  I’m using domain mapping feature to use my own domain on wordpress.com. Recently I received an email from wordpress.com and it says that domain mapping will expire soon. So I wanted to purchase to extend my domain. But I couldn’t find the exact purchase page or forms on wordpress.com. When I click ‘Payment Settings’ on my ‘Domain Settings’ page, it shows account upgrade page…

  How can I extend my domain mappings feature only?

  Hi there,

  You do not have the option to renew the domain mapping subscription because the upgrade is not associated with the account that you are contacting us from.

  In order to renew the upgrade, you’ll need to gain access to the account associated with it. Let me know if you have any questions.
