  i need to change my domain name to another platform, do i need to do something with you before i do it, or i can just tell to the other platform that i do have this domain and want it in may new site in other platform.

  You can change the name servers to point to the new platform or you can transfer the domain registration elsewhere. Here’s the support page: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/move-domain/
