Want to refund domain registration

    Hello there,

    As I have never used this blog, I would like to cancel it.

    Have I successfully been refunded for the premium package?

    I am having difficulty getting a refund for the domain registration, help would be appreciated. I have another premium account with wordpress under the address ‘www.thetuesdaytraveler.com’, and will only be paying for that on my other account from here on out.

    Hi Victoria,

    No problem, I’ve refunded the remaining amount and there is confirmation of this in your Billing History:

    https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

    Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement but banks outside the US sometimes require a little longer for processing — it is on the way to you though.
