want to remove meta / blogroll widget off grid focus

  Re: grid focus theme: I’ve tried adding a few widgets to get rid of the default meta / blogroll ones which appear in the 2nd sidebar, and they wont go away.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I didnt realise that the meta default resides in the third sidebar option in the dropdown (shared), once I selected that and added my own widget the defaults magically dissappear.

  having same problem see http://growingbusiness.wordpress.com/ woudl love to demote meta to bottom centre or bottom right. I tried drag and drop into primary index, primary post and secondary to no avail… help please!

  With a theme that has two sidebars, you have to edit each one individually. What have you tried?

  drag and drop the meta widget in the available widgets straight down (all the way) into the inactive widgets

  I have three sidebars on my blog but on the widget page I see none of them listed under sidebar. There is no dropdown on the right on the widgets page. I want to get rid of the Meta but I cannot find where to remove it from my sidebar. Its not listed under sidebars on the widget page.
