  I am pressing the renew button and each time I am being led back to the screen that asks me to renew. How do I pay?

  Hi there,

  I’m sorry for the trouble you had renewing your Premium plan and domain. I just checked, and I see that you successfully renewed everything. Your plan and domain acloserlisten.com are now valid through December 29, 2015.

  Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)

  Thank you ~ I approached it through a follow-up email from WordPress instead of directly and it worked.
