Want to renew 10GB and don't see the option

    Hello, I’d like to renew my yearly 10GB of space, however when I click on ‘Manage Purchases,’ the only available options are monthly plans. I don’t want a monthly plan, I just want to buy more space for $20. Can you please tell me how to just purchase more space without buying a monthly plan? Thank you.

    Hi there,

    Your space upgrade expired a week ago, and has already been removed from your account. That’s why you don’t see it to renew any more.

    In this case I was able to restore the upgrade for a week, which should give you a chance to renew it. However, should you let the upgrade expire again we won’t be able to restore it and you’ll need to buy a plan should you need more storage.

    Please let me know if you need any more help with this.
