Please unbundle my domain from the Premium Plan so that I can go ahead and purchase a domain renewal for the upcoming year. Thanks much!

Go to My Upgrades and then cancel the Premium plan upgrade. There should be an option to keep the domain. If you don’t see that option, a staff member may need to unbundle the upgrades. For their assistance, add “modlook” to the tags for this forum thread.

Hello Micawbr. I followed your instructions above. It is now showing that I have cancelled my premium plan, my domain is to expire in August 2016 however I want to make sure it auto renews now its not attached to the premium plan. What should I do? I don’t want to lose my domain name. Thank you :)

Hello @carreramjones,
I’ve tagged this for a staff member’s attention. They will be able to view your changes and let you know if all is well. -
Is this for the site, carreramjones.wordpress.com?
When you cancelled your Premium Plan, you actually only cancelled its automatic renewal, so it’s still showing on your account and the domain is still bundled with it. The instructions @micawbr posted above only applies if the Premium Plan is still within the refund period at this stage.
What I can do is to unbundle your domain from the plan completely. Then you can reactivate automatic renewal by clicking the Renew Now button on that domain. That will renew your domain now already until August 2017, and then enable automatic renewal going forward.
Let me know if you want me to go ahead and unlink the domain so you can do that. I can also cancel your Premium Plan completely if you prefer not to let it expire on its own.
