Want to renew my $13 domain mapping

  Hi there — my domain mapping expired a short time ago when I had no cash to renew it. I have some available now but it’s apparently now only available as an upgrade for more than double the price.
  I’m cash sensitive at the moment. Can you please help me renew at my original price of $13?

  Unfortunately, you allowed the upgrade to expire.

  Some time ago now (months ago) individual upgrades were discontinued. Only those who have domain mapping upgrades that have not expired are allowed to renew at the same rate ie. $13. Others have to assign a plan and purchase an upgrade bundle.

  You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, renew or cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.

  If you are not logged in under the correct username account clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies and then login under the correct username account.

  I updated my card but it didn’t take a payment or renew my domain link. Also no receipt. Can you tell me please what to do next?

  Billing history shows two zero transactions and one at $13 “upcoming”. Does that mean it didn’t go through? Should have.
