    My website is not running and someone told me I need to pay a renewal fee. I need a guide on how I can do this. And when I checked, I discovered I’m on a zero plan. Please what I do?

    Thanks for providing your site address. To start, there are three different “WordPress” at play here:

    1. The free, open-source WordPress software which powers your website.
    2. WordPress.org which is the open-source project that works on the WordPress software and where you can get the software for free to use on your own hosting provider.
    3. WordPress.com which is a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software and with whom you’re contacting now.

    Your website was not hosted here at WordPress.com, so we’re limited to what we can help with but I’m happy to get you pointed in the right direction.

    It looks like your domain registration for oscaccountants.com expired. You would need to go repurchase that domain from the domain registry of your choice. Once the domain has been re-registered, you should reach out to your hosting provider for help in getting that domain working on your site.
