want to renew subscriptions but need to change person to charge

    Paul Rossi used to manage site, but I am doing this now. I want to renew that subscription that is due to expire on 12/12/16. It is for $18. How di I do this?

    Hi there,

    What is the domain you want to renew? You don’t have any domains in your account, and Paul Rossi is not a username that I can look up in our system, so I have no way to find the upgrade in question.

    Also, I will need the person who currently owns the domain to post here to give permission that another user can renew it. Ultimately we’ll need him to transfer the domain to your account so you become the new owner, but that’s not possible at the moment, so I’ll need his permission to let you renew the domain, and then I’ll let him know once he can transfer the domain to you.
