I have a domain on bluehost called kingshellz.com but its saying that its associated with auttomatic inc. However, when I log in to my account I can’t find it. I just want to transfer to bluehost but its also asking for the EPP but I can’t do that because I can’t find the site. Also your chat support has not been helpful whatsoever and I have been trying to get this resolved for a couple weeks now. Please do better for your loyal customers.

Then, follow the steps here to start that transfer process to Bluehost – you need to request the EPP as that is not something we can provide for you:
