Want to scrap blog and domain and start over

  Hi, ive chosen to do a blog by accident really but would like to build a kins tea cafe webpage and start over really and scrap what I’ve started completely. Can you please help? Thank you

  You can start all over again by emptying your site
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/
  But this won’t change the site address

  If you want a new site address you can start a new blog
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/create-a-blog/#adding-a-new-site-or-blog-to-an-existing-account
