Want To Speak Directly Customer Server

I have been looking for how to contact Billing directly regarding double charges on my credit card for a Jetpack Blaze post, and all I can find is community support. While the email with the charge to my credit card has a link that says ‘Contact Support’, the link takes me to this support forum, and I have been searching for the last 3 days.
