  Hi, I want to start from beginning again. Still learning how to work a basic website

  Hi Vany!

  If you want to have a fresh start on your WordPress.com site, you can delete all content yourself. It’s quite easy, and you can find the instruction for it here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/

  But remember, that this is permanent action, once deleted posts/pages etc can’t be recovered.

  Thanks for your help! My priority is to design my website, what you see is a blog?
  Have a blog could be also usefull but by now need the website. Do I need to do any change in order to people see live the website only once finished. I dont want to be public yet, can you also revise that is not live!?

  I’m doing exactly the same thing, my site is private for now ;-) To do so, you need to change Privacy Settings, here is the instruction:
