Want to submit to Woo support, but it requires WooCommerce System Status Report

  I want to submit a technical support ticket to Woo here: https://woocommerce.com/my-account/contact-support/, but it requires that I run the WooCommerce System Status Report, of which the instruction tell me to navigate to: WP side bar > WooCommerce > Status. But I don’t have that item in my sidebar?! My hosting/and woo subscription is with WordPress.com, and so my WP install came with Woo integrated on setup. Why can’t I find this navigation item? So that I can go submit my real issue (WooCommerce > Subscriptions Plugin issue)?

  Well, consider this closed. After way too much time searching, I found it under Tools > WooCommerce Status. Wish the support documentation would have covered this other location.
