Hello there, you would need to convert your Weebly RSS feed to WordPress’ XML format before you could import it here as there is no dedicated Weebly importer.
About your domain, WordPressdotcom does not currently accept incoming domain transfers, so you’ll need to keep your domain with your present registrar. Then you would map it to your WPcom site. This involves a paid upgrade to do so. Here’s more about our Plans: https://wordpress.com/pricing/ All Plans are per site, per year-paid a year in advance.
We can use Facebook pixel here, but you’ll need to change the code a bit so it works with the platform since we do have code restrictions in place.
There is also a MailChimp subscription widget available.
You might also want to read the differences between WordPressdotcom and standalone WP (org) so that you can make an informed decision about what platform best suits your needs: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
Hope that helps.
