To upgrade my account to the Pro version, I made the payment of 162€ on the 10/07/22 following the reduction of 18€ proposed.
[redacted by staff]Untill now, neither has my account been upgraded nor am I able to have access to the upgraded version nor received receipt of my payment.
Several e-mails sent to you have stayed without reponse.Please, kindly confirm reception of my payment and UPGRADE my account without futher delays.
I must confess, I’m not happy with the situation.

This is a public forum. I’ve removed the transaction and credit card info you posted above, as that is highly sensitive information that can be used to gain access to your account, or even steal your identity. Please don’t post sensitive information like that in the public forums.
For which site did you buy the Pro plan?
I checked your account, but I don’t see any payments or failed payments for 10 July. We also don’t have any credit card on file for your account matching the numbers you provided above. I do see some failed payment attempts dated 28 June, but those were made on a different credit card, and the charges were declined by the bank.
The information you provided does match a recent payment on the site, https://zenithaffiliatecom.wordpress.com/, but that site and its Pro plan belong to a completely different username account.
Log out of the
zenithaffiliate31account you used to post this thread, and log back in as the other username you used to create that site, and you’ll have access to that site and its associated upgrades.If you don’t remember the login details for the correct account, please follow our account recovery process at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/ so we can help you regain access.

The receipt for the Pro plan bought on https://zenithaffiliatecom.wordpress.com/ was sent to the email address associated with that account. That’s not the same email address as you’re using for the
zenithaffiliate31account.
