Want to transfer followers, likes, and stats from wordpress.com to self-hosted

Hello! I’d like to transfer my likes and stats from my wordpress.com blog to my self-hosted wordpress.org site.
WordPress.com blog: http://www.othercatcreations.wordpress.com
Self-hosted: http://www.theothercat.com
It looks like I was able to transfer my followers using Jetpack, but please confirm I was able to do this correctly. Thanks!

Thanks @supernovia. Will the followers imported from WordPress still receive an email every time I publish a new post? Do they have to re-sign up for that? If so, how do I notify them of the change? Thanks!

@othercatcreations, anyone who was following via email will still get emails, and anyone who was following using the reader will still see the site in the reader. I hope that helps.
