Want to transfer Followers to my self hosted site.

  I would like to transfer my http://buildingwi.wordpress.com/ site followers to my self hosted site, which is: http://www.buildingwisconsintv.com/.

  I already setup JetPack on my self hosted site using the same ID, the one I am using for wordpress.com. Could you please help me to transfer followers to me self hosted site?

  Please keep in mind that while we are able to move WordPress.com followers, any followers you have through social media are not within our ability to migrate, as they lie outside of our network.
