Want to transfer my site hosted by wordpress to other but still remain the site

    Hello everybody,

    The past hour i’ve been reading al the documents about transferring your site but honestly i still don’t get it -_-

    I now have http://www.ceibaenergy.nl hosted here with wordpress.
    I want to hosted it with http://www.versio.nl but still remain the site as it is.
    So visualy it should not change, also i would like to keep the wordpress admin panel, where you can ad a post and stuff.

    I want to change host because it is my understanding that if i do i can use all sort of plugins design for wordpress sites, where if i were to keep using wordpress as host i can not use these.

    Does anyone know what the best way to do this is?
