Want to upgrade

I currently have a wordpress blog, but it’s not the upgraded one that you pay for yearly. If I upgrade can I just change my current blog to the upgraded one so I don’t lose all my posts?

No you won’t lose any content at all. What purchasing a domain mapping upgrade does is change the domain name and nothing more than that.
