  Hay! I want to upgradge to Premium, but the botton does not work! What gives??

  The upgrades are available for purchase and use ONLY on blogs hosted by WordPress.COM. mistermoe.net is hosted by Network Solutions not by WordPress.COM so there’s you answer.

  Thanks for an answer. However, and unless I missed something, could not that issue be more clearly stated in the ‘Upgrade” area. It would certainly lower the frustration level…

  Good idea and I’ll bring this to Staff attention so they add a note to the WordPress.COM support docs clarifying this.

  It looks like you’ve already had several chats w/ staff about this and are working with Robyn currently as well. Please continue to follow up with one of them to resolve your domain issue.

  @timethief – I’m not exactly sure what about the docs should be updated? This user is moving to WordPress.com from their old host and was having trouble purchasing the Premium upgrade for their site.
