  Trying to create a blog but the page isn’t loading. I fill out all the fields and try to go premium. When I click the button it won’t go through

  Know that you cannot purchase any upgrade at all for a blog that does not exist. There has to be a .wordpress.com blog to purchase the upgrade for and to apply it to. Register a .wordpress.com blog here http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/
