There is no upgrade!
You need to hire a web hoste and set up a WordPress.ORG site to use that theme. http://wordpress.ORG

No you cannot “upgrade” a site hosted here on WordPress.com to use themes that you buy on the internet.
All upgrades for wp.com still mean you are hosted on wp.com and all rules and terms of service apply.
If you need that theme, then you will have to host your own site.

I used it (f1zone.hostoi.com)but web hoste is free.I want to buy webhost.The best option is worpress.com upgrade therefore ı want to buy WordPress Value Bundle.

Do not buy the bundle!
There is no upgrade that you can purchase from WordPress>COM that will allow you to use a third party themeforest theme on a free hosted WordPress.COM blog.
