Want to upgrade our WordPress Platform and Template Selection – have questions

  I need to live chat with someone at WordPress regarding our 501(c)3 non-profit website. I reached out to WordPress.com live chat which said they don’t support .org and I have no way of getting live chat assistance – only an FAQ and forum. How can I get help – we want to upgrade to another WordPress Platform and template for our site and desperately need help answering our questions. We are http://www.riponhistory.com

  As I explained a few months ago email and Livechat supprt with staff is available for sites hosted here at WordPress.com. Your site is hosted at Dreamhost and using the WordPress.org software so unless they offer support your only option is the forum at: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
