Want to upgrade to Premium Package $99

  I’d like to upgrade to the $99 premium package. Will I be able to add and use plug ins on the site, change the home page by adding sliders, widgets etc.?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No.

  There are sliders and widgets you can use here without an upgrade, it just depends on the theme you want. You can find those details in the Support docs http://support.wordpress.com/ But plugins cannot be used here.
