Want to upload a GPX file type to blog

    I am wanting to include a GPX file type in my blog, so others may import the data into their GPS units for motorcycle rides. GPX is not an allowed file type to upload to wordpress, therefore, it doesn’t show up when I search for it when trying to place in my post. Can GPX be added to the list of allowed file types by wordpress? Surely others could find benefit in this request.

    Sorry, those are not one of the supported file types here.

    Accepted File Types

    You can upload them to a file sharing service such as http://box.net and then link to them from your blog.
