  Hi alirose572,

  If you have a WordPress.com Business plan you can upload plugins, including awpcp (I assume this is what you are referring to?). Here is a guide to installing plugins: https://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/adding-plugins/
  If you are on a Business plan you will also be able to use Live Chat who could guide you through the process of installing a plugin if you’d like.
