Want to use a deleted blog name

Hello,
A few weeks ago I made myself a blog. Then I didn’t like it, so I decided to delete my blog. I wasn’t yet ready to start a blog, didn’t think about it at all (like, lay-out, content etc.). Now I thought about it for a while and I wanna start my own blog again. Unfortunately, I couldn’t use my name again, even though I deleted the blog. Is it possible for me to use the name I used before, then deleted and now wanna use again? I didn’t know this consequence of deleting my blog, so I would be a little bit disappointed I couldn’t use this name again (first I wanna try a free blog, so nameblog.wordpress.com, not my own domain, maybe when my blog will become more serious ;)).

That’s not possible and it’s clearly stated in the relevant support docs. Blog deletion is a permanent and irreversible act. Deleting a site requires ignoring several warnings that the URL cannot be registered again by you or anyone else. https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made. http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/
You can register another .wordpress.com blog http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/
Then if you wish to you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade because it does not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is when you are domain mapping.

Ok, thanks! Stupid that I didn’t read/saw those warnings (can’t remind reading them, but that will be my own fault).. I will think about maybe creating my own domain name. Thanks again.
